Intro video

In this guide, you'll learn how to add an introductory video for your interview.

Intro video is a feature in VidConvo for you to add anything you want to say to the participant before the interview starts. Use cases include greetings, explaination about the interviews, etc. This feature is completely optional.

1. Head over to the "Settings" tab

Inside your interview, go over to "Settings" tab located on the right hand side.

2. Go to the "Customize" card

3. Click on "Upload intro video"

Select the video you would like to use as your introduction to participants. After the upload is completed, all participants will be greeted with this video before they start their interview. You can change this video at any time.
